Shelly sold our home at a price we were happy with and when it came to buying a new one, she was extremely patient with us and very accommodating. A great advocate to have during the entire home buying process. Shelly showed us several houses over the course of about a month with attention to detail and concern for our budget. She contacted the seller's agent on our behalf when we found a house to buy, helped us with the counter offer, informed us about contingencies, and several other things that we were too pre-occupied to think about. Shelly is not only our realtor, she became our friend. We will gladly use Shelly again in the future, as well as recommending her to others looking to sell or buy real estate.
