This this the fourth house that we have went with Carol. She is willing to go that extra step in any way that is needed and her response to Text and Emails are almost immediate.

Ms. Harper was a phenominal realitor. She was very knowledgeable and listened closely to the Families expectations. She covered many areas that seemed above what most Realtors would cover for sellers. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and commitment to providing her services. She is a committed and focused professional.

From the very beginning of the process of sell the house, Carol was a joy to work with. She provide so much information on the current market values, so that we could value our house competitively and still not be over priced. This allowed for a very quick sell. (1st person to view the house) which was a great weight lifted off our shoulders. She has a great way of handling all the things that need to be taken care of with getting the property ready for sale to include photography by a professional both on the ground and aerial.
