My wife and I needed to sell our home of 15 years--the first one we had ever purchased. We had no idea what we would need to do or anything about the market. His calm and kind demeanor, combined with his wonderful sense of humor, helped alleviate stress and tension. Perhaps best of all, we sold our home "as is" to the second people who viewed it--and at a price just a few thousand dollars below asking.
