Daniel was wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell a property. Our situation was unique as my brother and I live in Pennsylvania and needed to sell property from our father’s estate in rural Kentucky. After unsuccessfully listing with a different realtor, we were introduced to Daniel. He spoke with me over the phone and answered any questions I had and then made a plan to get the property sold. Daniel was excellent at communicating with me and keeping me up to date on a regular basis, letting me know how many views the listing received, if any interest had been shown, and when to adjust the price accordingly. If I had questions, he was just a text away and always answered quickly. He helped us negotiate with a buyer and worked with our lawyer to arrange the sale process so that we wouldn’t need to travel for the closing. I could not have asked for a better experience and would not hesitate to call Daniel again if I find myself with any future real estate needs in Kentucky.
