He intuitively had a grasp of what we were looking for and used that knowledge not to look for “a house,” but rather to look for the house we wanted. Any time we agreed to make an offer, Daniel would go home after the showing and have it ready for our signatures that evening. He can be relied upon to be truthful and to represent his clients with their best interests in mind.
