Daniel Ellis

Daniel promptly arrived at every showing, and there were many. He intuitively had a grasp of what we were looking for and used that knowledge not to look for “a house,” but rather to look for the house we wanted. Any time we agreed to make an offer, Daniel would go home after the showing and have it ready for our signatures that evening. He can be relied upon to be truthful and to represent his clients with their best interests in mind.

Showed us a number of houses in various counties. Developed a plan for the kind of property we liked and needed.

Daniel was very hands on and knowledgeable. He didn't rush us and took his time to answer all of our questions even when we repeated ourselves and asked silly questions. He even stood by while on vacation when unsuspecting situations came up that almost railroaded our deal. He was very pleasant to work with and I have even referred him to a coworker of mine. If anytime in the distant future I need to buy/sell a house I will immediately be calling him.
