I had many questions. Johanna had answers. She took the time to show us different properties, and was able find me the perfect home😊

Johannah Cheek made the process of selling our house a breeze. She is an EXCELLENT communicator. Throughout the entire process she kept my husband and I up to date and was quick to thoroughly answer all of our questions. She was readily available for a text conversation or a conversation over the phone. At closing, JoHannah was complimented by the buyers agent for how lovely she was to work with and how easy she was to get a hold of. My husband and I are so grateful to JoHannah for selling our house and starting a friendship along the way!

Christie Welch is an outstanding, professional and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker/Agent. She is an excellent communicator. Christie listed my house on June 1, was under contract on June 3 and closed on June 30. I could not have asked for more from Christie. She is a top notch person. I highly recommend Christie Welch for your real estate needs.

My husband and I bought our first home with Lacy. And I can more than confidently say that we could not have had a better experience. She was an excellent listener, knew and presented exactly what we were looking for and gave us confidence that our home was out there. Once we found our first house, she made the process so incredibly smooth and exciting!!! Our experience was nothing short but phenomenal. She’s my go to girl for any recommendations I can offer and for any future homes we may buy. You can’t go wrong with Lacy!!!

Always answered my questions promptly. She even helped me find people to help with moving boxes.

Misty stayed in contact and explained everything clearly. As first time homebuyers…we didn’t know anything. She is the best and I would recommend her to anyone!
