Doreen Taylor was a joy to work with, and she was the most professional Realtor with whom I’ve ever worked. From the first meeting, to her official presentation to me, to the staging of my home, to the materials available for potential buyers, to handling the offers made/accepted, and to escorting me to the closing (I’ve left out many things Doreen did to make my sale go well), Doreen was amazing! She knows my particular condo market so well, which made me very comfortable trusting everything she suggested to me. Doreen was not pushy and was very clear in her communication with me. She was always available when I needed her and really went all out to make my sale go smoothly and easily. I have actually missed our visits and chats since the closing at the end of February 2025. I would HIGHLY recommend choosing Doreen Taylor to represent you for any type of residential real estate transaction. She is the best!!

We loved working with Doreen, she’s extremely knowledgeable and used her connections in the real estate and mortgage spaces to help us connect with several lenders to help us get the best deal possible. She never tried to pressure us into liking a home that we clearly were iffy about or would not suit our needs. Doreen went above and beyond for 11 months while we searched for a home. The search was long and difficult due to our tight budget restriction and several homes in our price range not being in good enough shape to pass an FHA appraisal but once we found one my husband and I loved and could see our family growing in she fought for us to get the most out of our contract. We were able to have the seller provide a new stove and fridge included in our contract and Doreen pushed for us to be provided with good quality products that will last and even gifted us a termite inspection before close. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who needs an agent to represent them.
