Ashley Reynolds was born and raised in Lexington, Ky. She later moved to Versailles after meeting her husband, a Woodford County native. In 2005 she moved to Harrodsburg, Ky where she raised her 2 sons and a daughter. She attended BCTC where she earned her associate degree in nursing. After her children graduated high school, she decided to pursue her passion for real estate. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, sitting on the beach or by the pool. Excellent communicator with strong motivation to sell your house!

Johannah Cheek made the process of selling our house a breeze. She is an EXCELLENT communicator. Throughout the entire process she kept my husband and I up to date and was quick to thoroughly answer all of our questions. She was readily available for a text conversation or a conversation over the phone. At closing, JoHannah was complimented by the buyers agent for how lovely she was to work with and how easy she was to get a hold of. My husband and I are so grateful to JoHannah for selling our house and starting a friendship along the way!

Professional and very responsive . Johanna was always professional, organized and courteous. She provided quick answers and helped keep both the selling of our old house and the purchase of our new home on track and insured we did not miss any steps of the process.

Excellent agent

Our 1st time selling a home, JoHannah was exactly what we needed. She worked very hard for us. She kept us active the market and did multiple open houses to keep us on everyone’s list!
