JoHannah came prepared with comps, gave solid advice over what to fix/freshen up and advised us on appropriate pricing. Her efforts to market with professional photos and social media worked - our house was under contract in two weeks in the middle of January. She worked seamlessly with the other agents and lenders involved to make things as smooth as possible. A bonus - she is super sweet and I am glad to have a new friend now too!
