I contacted Christie to sell my parents house. I learned from word of mouth that she was one of the leading agents (and brokers) in Central Kentucky. Christie walked me thru every aspect of selling the house as I had never sold a house before. I was advised on a few areas of the home to clean up and repair. After that, we met again to complete the items needed for listing and agreed on a selling price. Christie communicated with me consistently and walked me thru all the paperwork I needed to complete. She prepared a very professional and beautiful listing and we were able to sell for more money than I expected and within 24 hours. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Christie and would recommend her services to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

My boyfriend and I met Christie at an open house. We had just started looking at houses (first time homebuyers) and didn’t have a realtor yet. We are so grateful we met Christie because she made the house buying process a breeze. Communicates well and very knowledgeable. Not just the market, but the area as well. We ended up building a house and Christie was there to help the entire 6 months. She is a realtor you can count on and will have your back! She was our realtor for almost a year and we couldn’t be more grateful to have had her throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Christie made this so easy. When a snag was hit from lender issues she had it remedied and fixed the same day. She stayed in constant contact made sure we were comfortable with everything and explained everything in great detail. I would recommend her to everyone. It's hard to find honest, dependable, hard working and kind people in this world and she checks all the boxes.

Christie made our experience selling our land amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We have HOA she even made sure that she went by the guidelines of it. They can be tricky sometimes when dealing with HOA. Will definitely be getting in touch with her when I sell more property.

This was my first home sale with Ashley as my agent and she had my home under contract in less than 24 hours after listing. She took care of everything for the sale and closing. It was seamless and stress free. I only had to show up to the closing to finalize the sale. It was quick and easy. She communicated every step in a timely manner. Very professional.
