Christy listened to what I was looking for and found the ideal property. She took the he time to send a video of the house since I lived in another state, Georgia. She coordinated the showing to meet my limited opportunity to travel to Kentucky. Christy negotiated a very fair price and walked me through the purchase process. All forms necessary were sent to me with a full explanation of the required documents. The closing went seamless. Christy is following up on looking at adjacent properties for me.
