She had a phenomenal amount of market knowledge to help us get the best possible price. When it came to shopping for a new home, she created a list of my wants and needs. As I received emails of available homes, she was always prompt in scheduling showings. When I completely changed my mind on the location, she just flowed with it and blew me away with her knowledge of the new options. Her communication with me was prompt and always reassuring. She walked every step of the process right next to me and sometimes 15 steps ahead so that I was fully aware of what was coming. When things came up that were unexpected, she always knew exactly what I needed to do to get through them. She will go above and beyond to make sure every single client is taken care of, even if it means late nights or working on vacation. Selling my home and buying new this time was far less painful than past experiences (even with a number of items popping up throughout the process!)
