Tanner is extremely courteous and helpful. He explained every process of selling my home from getting it ready to go on the market to walking me through closing. He kept me updated on showings and communication with potential buyers.

I had a great experience working with Tanner for selling my home. He did an excellent job from start to finish and made the entire process much easier than I expected. Tanner was always great with communication, kept me updated throughout the process, and was quick to answer any questions I had. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel like I was in good hands. Selling a home can be stressful, but Tanner made the experience easy and as smooth as possible. I really appreciate everything he did and would definitely recommend Tanner to anyone looking for a great realtor!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Tanner Greenwell. He helped us through both selling our old home and buying our new one, and we’re so grateful we had him by our side through the whole process. Tanner went above and beyond for us. He was always available when we had questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much more manageable. We never felt like just another client — he genuinely cared about us, what we wanted, and finding the right home for our family. From the first conversation to closing, Tanner was someone we could trust and count on. We’re so happy with where we ended up and truly appreciate everything he did for us. We would recommend Tanner to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He’s not only a great realtor, but a genuinely great person to have in your corner!

Christa sold my first house for me and helped me find the perfect home for my second house. She listened to what I wanted and helped weed out the options that did not fit my desires. She makes the process very personal and never made me feel like I should "settle" because I was becoming a burden for her. She really knows her stuff, let's you take your time, and is supportive through the entire process, closing included. I have recommended her to several friends who end up loving her and her process as much I do.

As a first time home buyer, we were very new to the whole process. Christa was very outgoing and informative. She laid out the entire process to us, responded quickly when we had questions, and while looking at homes pointed out different things we wouldn’t have noticed. She did not make us feel rushed in our process or show us houses outside of our budget. All of the houses we looked at were the layouts and areas we were looking for. Highly recommend Christa for your next buy or sell of your next home.

Christa was absolutely amazing to work with. She showed us a wide variety of homes and never made us feel rushed—she truly wanted us to find the right one for our family. What stood out most was her dedication and communication. Even after welcoming her baby just a month ago, she remained incredibly responsive and patient, always taking the time to answer my many questions and explain each step clearly. With our busy schedule, having a realtor who was organized, supportive, and genuinely invested in our experience made all the difference. Christa made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, and we’re so grateful for her guidance. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dependable realtor!
