Dwayne was an the perfect realtor. He answered every question we had about the properties that were were seeing, and the overall home-buying process. He was honest and upfront about the problems that the sellers disclosed, as well as, the problems that he noticed. In the end, we were able to purchase a gorgeous house in the exact location that we have been dreaming of. Out of 33 offers, ours was accepted! Our offer was not even the highest, but Dwayne worked hard to ensure that we gave the overall best offer.

Candice is a wonderful person and an excellent realtor. We hired Candice to assist us with finding a new home in Grand Rapids with an incredibly challenging set of "wants" amidst all of the restrictions and limitations of Covid-home buying. She found us the perfect spot, in a great location and made the entire process easy to navigate. She is also a great resource for local information and neighborhood tips - with such great recommendations and suggestions! We are very thankful to have had her on our team for this relocation and highly recommend her for your home buying/selling needs. Thanks Candice!
