He was honest and upfront about the problems that the sellers disclosed, as well as, the problems that he noticed. In the end, we were able to purchase a gorgeous house in the exact location that we have been dreaming of. Out of 33 offers, ours was accepted! Our offer was not even the highest, but Dwayne worked hard to ensure that we gave the overall best offer.

He helped me in my search for a home, even though it took a very long time to settle on a place, with various times of more active or more passive looking on my part. Despite my slowness, Dwayne stayed steady and patient and gave his informed opinions where helpful. He even gave me some insights about how various appliances and structures within and about the house functioned, etc. -- things to look for that could cause problems down the road; how to perform proper maintenance; etc. -- which was very helpful, considering my general ignorance regarding houses and what it takes to maintain them properly. All in all, I appreciate Dwayne very much. He helped me find a very nice home that I am enjoying greatly and which I will soon be able to enjoy all-the-more with my bride-to-be.
