Faced with selling a 1910 2 bedroom city home in Grand Rapids, MI while living in NC. Our home had great curb appeal and great location. However the interior was showing its age and a 100 years of do it yourself construction. Karen stepped up and helped us from the start. Giving advice on what to do before listing, helping us find contractors and certification when we found foundation issues. Since we live out of state she met with contractors and coordinated estimates. She kept daily communication open sharing potential buyer reviews. Gave us advice on pricing and when to adjust. In the end we sold for well over our final asking price. In just over 3 months on the market. I’d recommend Karen to anyone selling a home in West Michigan.

Tammi is amazing!! She sold out first house while helping us navigate through purchasing a new construction home in Grand Rapids!! Tammi pays attention to detail and actually helped us realize our builders painted our new build the entire wrong color internally. Days before we were planning to close, Tammi came out to do our walk through with us. My husband and I were discussing how we were a little bummed with the way the internal color looked compared to what we expected. After discussing it more, Tammi suggested we look at the paint gallons downstairs to make sure they hadn’t messed up. To our surprise, they painted the house a different color than we selected in our contract. We reached out to the builders and they repainted the entire house. Without Tammi, we never would have realized this and wouldn’t have been able to get the issue fixed before closing and moving in!!! We are so grateful!
