Long story short, she walked through the whole process with us after I'd already gone back home. She was our go-between for the title company, the lender, and the sellers' agent, and always kept us in the loop and informed. After the appraisal there was work that needed to be done, and she was able to coordinate the repairs in less than 24 hours. The report came in one day, the repairs were completed the next. After the sale was complete, we were still out of state, and she went out of her way to take an ozone machine down because the previous owners had been smoking inside since the initial walkthrough. I am so, so grateful for Lisa, and would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a house on the peninsula.
