So Grateful for Lisa!

We weren't even planning to USE a realtor when we bought our house. We'd bought and sold before so were not worried about it. Our lender encouraged us to use someone, and we are so grateful we filled out the request form! Lisa was incredible. I think we had our first contact on Thursday, I flew into town on Saturday, and she'd lined up houses for me to look at on Sunday. She gave honest feedback on the houses we looked at from multiple perspectives, was always available for me to ask any questions about them or any prospective places, and was proactive about telling me about places that she thought might meet our needs. The house we ended up buying was one that she encouraged me to look at, and I almost didn't even go because I didn't think it would "fit the bill". Turned out I was COMPLETELY wrong! Long story short, she walked through the whole process with us after I'd already gone back home. She was our go-between for the title company, the lender, and the sellers' agent, and always kept us in the loop and informed. After the appraisal there was work that needed to be done, and she was able to coordinate the repairs in less than 24 hours. The report came in one day, the repairs were completed the next. After the sale was complete, we were still out of state, and she went out of her way to take an ozone machine down because the previous owners had been smoking inside since the initial walkthrough. I am so, so grateful for Lisa, and would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a house on the peninsula.
