She will not concern herself with a sale, or a buy, but the value she brings to the buyer and to the seller. She is not a salesperson, she is a people person. She cares about the end result for the people and wants them to be informed and prepared with no surprises. That is invaluable in a real estate purchase. I wouldn’t want to buy (or sell) a house without her and you shouldn’t either.
