Dinesh helped the reviewer buy this property

Dinesh Gurung has a very good idea about the market

Dinesh Gurung has a very good idea about the market. He is very very realistic. He helped us find our dream house. He understood our needs and suggested very specific houses. We looked at several houses and he was always there with a smile. The buying process went smoothly. We were so happy and satisfied with his service. He was also the selling agent for the same property. We had to move out of state just after the agreement and he took care of everything. He has very good knowledge of both the buyer and seller market. He could seem a little drastic at times because he does not hide anything. He will tell you what is not good and not try to convince you for his own gain. This is something I consider a big plus from a seller's point of view because it really helps plan and expect things more realistically. We highly recomend Dinesh as a realtor. He is no doubt one of the best agents in and around Kansas City and Overland Park. Arnab and Subhra
