We were the first time homebuyers and after meeting Dinesh we instantly knew he was the correct realtor for us. When we first met Dinesh, he explained that his job is more service than sales. His thorough knowledge of home construction got us a home in 2021(sellers' market in opk, KS) at a price lower than quoted price. Every time we viewed a new property Dinesh would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. We saw around 10-15 homes and Dinesh was always calm, responsive to our queries in a professional manner. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" he suggested to under-bid (as it needed minor remodelling - we were okay with that) and give a small timeframe for seller to respond. This approach worked and we thank Dinesh everyday for his strategy. Also the appraisal report came up with minor repair and Dinesh got the repair done by the sellers. He mentioned that since we were first-time homebuyers he strived to provide us a smoother experience and not get nervous of the buying process, inspection, appraisal etc. We HIGHLY recommend Dinesh to anyone in the market to purchase a home. He was always there for US and he will be there for YOU too! The best part is that we now have a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow!

Dinesh Gurung has a very good idea about the market. He is very very realistic. He helped us find our dream house. He understood our needs and suggested very specific houses.
