Rene was very organized and knowledgeable. Since this is our first home, we were nervous and didnt really know how the system worked, but Rene gave us peace of mind. She explained all our options and gave us everything in layman's terms so we didnt feel so lost. The process does take a while, finding that perfect property sometimes comes with a wait and see mindset. Every house we declined/disliked got us closer to our true home. Rene was on top of it!
