This is the second time I've worked with Jim. Last year we purchased a home, and this year I sold another property. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. I never had to worry about anything around the house, I knew that Jim had it all handled. He was key in helping me receive the max dollars from my property and recommended key improvements that resulted in a home that sold at a price exceeding my expectations. I will be recommending Jim to any friend/colleague that needs to buy or sell a home. Anything he says - just do it. He knows what he is doing and has such a wealth of experience and is driven to make the experience the best for whomever he represents. I truly believe there couldn't be a better realtor out there. I'm still amazed at how this experience went while there was a global pandemic going on - bottom line - Listen and work with Jim :) He knows what he is doing and he's got it all under control. Rob was super helpful and personable. He took in our requests and we ended up finding a home the very first weekend we looked. He was always quick to respond to questions and diligent with the details. We would definitely recommend Rob as a realtor to others!

Kathy was always in touch with me and making sure we kept things moving along. She touched base with me every update and even when there was no news to share. She was great when looking at houses and has a great knowledge of the area! Cheryl worked with me remotely. She listened well and asked the right questions so that she could find my home. She took pictures and videos, called and talked to other agents, and communicated extremely well through the phone, texting, and email. Within a very short timeframe, she found the home we purchased. Cheryl also did the walk through and met with inspectors and installers so that the home was ready for our family to move in. Once again, all this was done remotely!
