I bought 2 houses and sold 1. Due to Doug's knowledge and expertise we used him for all 3 transactions. Getting through the first house was a difficult process since the selling realtor was not following through and Doug was having to call the other realtor when he wasn't getting responses in a timely fashion. Doug was excellent at responding to our questions as well as returning calls and answering emails. The 2nd house we purchased was harder to find due to the stipulations my daughter wanted. Doug never gave up and he found me the exact house my daughter was looking for. My Son and Daughter are both thrilled with their new homes which would have definitely been more difficult without Doug guiding us through the process. Our 3rd house we were the seller for a house and property inherited from my Father. Doug held many open houses and helped us with obstacles such as find a company to remove an old fuel oil tank in the basement. Also helped us find foundation companies that he or other of his Carpenter team members had dealt with.

We didn’t make things easy for her and she still stuck with us. For over a year, Tammy managed to show us any house we wanted to see despite some late hours or last minute weekend showings. She was so knowledgeable on the minute details that a first time buyer might miss. We never felt pressured by her to consider a home either. She’s very honest and straight forward, which is hard to find these days! It’s a tough market right now and within less than 24hrs, the house we wanted already had multiple offers. Tammy has great sources and others she works with and was able to set us up with her loan agent Joey with Guaranteed Rate, who both worked overtime to help us close. Long story short, we got the house we wanted and I can full heartedly say it’s all thanks to Tammy. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! Thanks Tammy
