We sold a house in need of major repair during a down turn in the market. Cheryl maintained a positive outlook throughout and walked us through the painful process of reducing the list price more than once. I wanted to take the house off the market on more than one occasion, but Cheryl always told us to trust the process. She was right. A buyer emerged and after a short negotiation we agreed on a price. The closing was smooth as could be. Cheryl was in regular contact with us throughout the process, which required an estate liquidator, three dumpsters and a cleaning service. It was a daunting project, but Cheryl had contacts for each step. Cheryl is the consummate professional who knows her market. Her positive attitude kept us going. She is an excellent realtor. We recommend her highly.

Cheryl was very knowledgeable of the housing market in my area, and used a great photographer/videographer to showcase my house online! Her insight was appreciated and I did my best to make some changes to her liking. I was disappointed though when she asked me to lower the price of my home, because I felt my house was still in great condition, minus a few cosmetic issues. Many of the other realtors, showing potential buyers my home, were not always respectful of my house rules (no shoes or using slip on covers), so I would inform Cheryl of my complaints, and she would address the situation with those Realtors. Cheryl was consistently available to return texts and phone calls, so our communication with each other was never an issue. She was always very friendly, are truthful with her honesty. The journey of selling my house was definitely tough at times, but Cheryl still brought professionalism to the experience, and I’m thankful for that!

Carolyn is a remarkable individual, as well as a unique real estate broker. She is highly educated and truly interested in her clients and their properties. (I don't think she would agree to sell a property that she wasn't excited about.) Her approach to marketing is stunning -- she inundates every corner of the market with eye-popping electronic and print messages. She arranges for stunning display ads in many appropriate periodicals. Our property was unique and difficult to market, given the property's condition, its high appraisal value relative to surrounding properties and its remote location. Carolyn did a wonderful job of attracting buyers from all over the East Coast, as far as 1,000 miles away. We also wanted pre-screened buyers, who were not going to raise problems when it came time for financing. Carolyn did a terrific job of keeping frivolous "shoppers" from pestering us. Carolyn never tired or showed loss of interest in selling our property over what turned out to be a grueling and extended period (this had nothing to do with Carolyn's skill, and everything to do with the nature of the property). We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have enlisted Carolyn's services to sell our property and would certainly highly recommend her to others selling primary homes. We would, of course, be delighted to hire Carolyn again!
