Jim, Susan and their team were amazing to work with. They were able to get us a full a price offer even with rising interest rates and fewer buyers. All of this happened around the holidays, in winter with snow and cold temperatures. Their expertise and constant communication was exactly what we needed to stay calm during the entire process. I can't say enough good things about Jim and Susan. They are VERY good at what they do and are amazing people. They have helped us buy and sell numerous homes in the past and they have never let us down. I highly recommend the Krodel team for any real estate needs. You will not be disappointed!
