We had some very specific requirements, as well as no set time, to find the perfect house. Kristin spent more than half a year helping us find the house. because of the area we were looking most houses that fit the requirements sold in a matter of days with multiple offers. When the right house did come along Kristin wrote the perfect offer that ensured we got the house - even though one offer may have been slightly more money. Our offer was tailored perfectly so the seller knew they had less risk with us. Everything was flawless.

Kristin was incredibly helpful and made our first-time home buying experience absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she prioritized educating my fiancé and me about the home buying process. She was thorough, transparent, and upfront about what we could expect, which helped us feel confident and prepared throughout the entire process. Having a realtor who took the time to explain everything and answer our questions gave us a sense of reassurance as we navigated such a major life decision. Kristin took the time to get to know us as people and asked thoughtful questions to truly understand what we were looking for in a home. She did an amazing job listening to both of our wants and needs and was intentional about showing us homes that reflected what we were looking for as a couple. One of the things we appreciated most about Kristin was her honesty and genuine commitment to putting our needs first. She was never focused on simply making a sale, but instead wanted to ensure we found a home that we would truly love and feel comfortable in. She was incredibly thorough, always available, and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules. Since my fiancé and I have jobs that do not allow for much flexibility during normal working hours, Kristin was even willing to do evening showings, which made the process much easier for us. When we found our home, Kristin made the offer and closing process as smooth and stress free as possible. She handled every detail with care and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. I would highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time home buyers. She helped us navigate what can often feel like an intimidating process with confidence and ease, and we are so thankful for all of the time, effort, and care she poured into helping us find our first home!

Sherry is one of a kind. My wife and I were introduced to Sherry through a friend who highly recommended her as a reliable realtor who would walk us through the home-buying process. As first-time home buyers, we had numerous questions that Sherry always had an answer to. She always answered our phone calls or text messages and was always there when we needed her. She was a constant voice of encouragement and reassurance and never made us feel forgotten or alone. Purchasing our home was not just a transaction. You could tell that Sherry genuinely cared for us and wanted exactly what we wanted for our first home. We will always feel incredibly grateful that we worked with Sherry, and we highly recommend her to any seller or buyer looking to work with someone who is kind, caring, and truly a joy to work with. Thank you for all you did for us!

Sherry was the most knowledgeable agent we have ever dealt with. The area, the market values, the availability of services, were all in her sphere of expertise. Add in her sparkling personality and the result is, in our opinion, the perfect agent!
