Jill Fleck was amazing to work with. I was looking for someone to assist me in selling my condo on Birmingham’s south side. She knew exactly the kind of buyer that I was looking for and how to reach them. She had exceptional market knowledge and strong negotiation skills. She was very professional and guided me through the entire process, all the way to closing. I highly recommend her.

We cannot recommend Andy Thrower highly enough! Andy helped us both sell our home and purchase our new one, and he made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly smooth and manageable from start to finish. His knowledge of the local market was evident from day one. He provided excellent guidance on preparing and listing our home, and thanks to his expertise, we received multiple offers after the very first weekend our home went live. Throughout the selling process, Andy was proactive, responsive, and always kept us informed. When it came time to purchase our new home, Andy was equally invaluable. He helped us navigate every step of the process, from negotiations to paperwork, and even brought attention to details we might have otherwise overlooked. His professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way. We are so thankful for Andy's hard work, dedication, and guidance. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to his clients, Andy Thrower is the person to call!

We cannot say enough good things about working with Whitney in Birmingham, Alabama. She helped us sell a home that was part of an estate under extremely difficult circumstances, and she handled every aspect of the process with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. From the very beginning, she understood that this was not a typical transaction. She communicated clearly, stayed organized, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving while being respectful of the emotional weight involved. When challenges arose—as they inevitably did—she remained calm, solutions-oriented, and steady. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and willingness to handle issues proactively made an overwhelming situation manageable. More importantly, she treated everyone involved with dignity and kindness. If you need a realtor who is not only highly competent but also truly cares about her clients, especially in complex estate situations, I would recommend her without hesitation.
