Tammy skillfully guided us through the entire process from listing to closing. She carefully listened to our needs then recommended items most likely required to accomplish the sale. Previous realtors that we worked with did not do that. We put in place her suggestions which led to a solid offer. We cannot recommend Tammy enough and wish we had engaged her sooner.
