I want to thank our Real Estate Agent Kathleen Bartlett for the wonderful job selling our estate sale listing. There was a lot of extra paperwork, all documents had to be signed by four sellers which all had to agree and accept. Kathleen worked very hard and with a lot of patience to get this transaction to the closing table. She is a fantastic realtor and would highly recommend Kathleen for all your real estate needs.

Me and my wife can’t possibly thank Cody enough for how he conducts himself and his business. It’ll happen.” Well he was right! We found a gorgeous 1906 farmhouse in the middle of nowhere that checked all the boxes and fell just within budget with the offer we submitted.. I legitimately don’t know how we would’ve made it through this process with everything else going on in life without someone like Cody on our side. I can’t possible recommend him enough.
