Sada was great to work with, gave honest opinions, and gave her opinions when asked. Thank you!

Jennifer guided my brother and I in the sale of our parents home. She immediately understood the situation as an emotional one for us and responded with complete professionalism and empathy. Jennifer’s experience in this market allowed her to price the house just right, as we received multiple showings on the first day it listed and an over price offer in 24 hours. She then guided us to a successful close in just a month. Throughout the process Jennifer maintained transparency and frequent communication. We had a last minute hiccup before closing that could not have been anticipated and she navigated us to closing with just a 2 hour delay. Jennifer has a professional team at her disposal as well that supported us in the process. From photography and video which highlighted the house beautifully to her broker providing sound advice at the end, it was the smoothest experience possible. I would highly recommend using Jennifer Nemitz as your realtor.

My mother passed away in January and I had to put her house on the market. I have known Jennifer for a long time and need someone I could trust to help me with getting it sold. I live in Pennsylvania, so it is not easy to keep an eye on the property, and find people/companies to do the things that are needed to get the house sold. She always kept in touch with me, letting me know what people said about the house when there was a showing and things that needed to be done. She helped me find companies so I could get the property cleaned up. She even checked on the house for me when there was bad weather and I needed to know if everything was ok with it. She went beyond what any realtor I have had in the past for my own properties that I sold and I greatly appreciate what she did for me with my mom's house. I highly recommend her, just due to all the work she did to make the process easy for me.
