This was our second experience with real estate and working with Jerlee. First, to buy a home (that we loved) and second, to sell. Both experiences were wonderful. Jerlee is professional, on time, and aggressive in finding what was right for our family. We are very thankful to have had such an stress-free process in selling/buying a home. Jerlee goes above and beyond for her clients. She shows up for appointments on time and is always very well prepared. Her knowledge of real estate goes above most realtors. She was also very thoughtful of our personal schedules when scheduling meetings and showings. Jerlee was able to negotiate with the seller when we bought a new home and the buyer when we sold. I reached out to Jerlee based on a referral from a friend. I contacted her at 9am and we were looking at houses by 11 am. She was very professional throughout the whole process and her knowledge and expertise came in handy plenty of times.
