Robert is a very caring , helpful, concerned, out to help in any way, realator. He helped us sell our house and buy another at the same time. Robert was our realtor on a very complicated deal in which he worked up and above our expectations to get it completed! This complex deal involved two properties of a combined value of over 1.5 million dollars, and needed numerous documents with many different deadlines. We needed to sell our house to buy another one. He sold our house in less than 2 days!! The entire process of selling and buying took less than 3 months. Honestly, from the start of listing the home to closing on both homes for the selling and buying process it was just under 3 months! There is no doubt in my mind that he could do it again and probably even in less time considering his skills.
