Jason was an exceptional advocate on our behalf. He was with us to buy — and later sell — our first home, and he made the entire process so easy. He was reachable by text, email and phone. When we were buying — in the dead of winter — our only availability to go out and look at homes was in the evenings, after the sun had already set, oftentimes when he probably would've rather have been home eating dinner with his family or tucking his kids into bed. Throughout both processes, he had inspectors and handymen ready to go when we needed someone to look at something or fix up something to get the house ready to list. He made the paperwork process so easy — much of it handled digitally, which was great, as we worked to sell our house remotely. And he offered smart, timely, critical suggestions about our listing time, sale price and the haggling we ended up doing with our eventual buyers. When it came down to the wire, he went above and beyond to get our sale across the finish line, and we couldn't be more grateful. Plus, he's a super warm and friendly guy, which helps when you're trying to navigate a completely unfamiliar step in life. We were connected through Zillow, and we really lucked out. We can’t say enough great things about Travis and the job he did for us. He recently helped my girlfriend and me buy our new home while also selling both of our houses, and it was both of our first times selling a home. He helped with staging, moved heavy items out of the homes, hosted multiple open houses, and even handled final cleaning before each walkthrough. We’re incredibly grateful for his guidance, work ethic, and professionalism throughout this entire process. We honestly hope we never have to move again, but if we do, there’s no question we’ll be using Travis again. Highly recommend!
