When we started our house hunting, we used an app and selected a home to see. Our first realtor experience was very frustrating; we were sent to look at homes on our own, asked for unnecessary information regarding offers and received inadequate directions to the questions we asked. Given that experience, we were about to give up and almost didn’t go to the next viewing. I am so glad we pressed on because at that next showing we met Dawnita! She advised us that she didn’t think it was in our best interest and said, "Let's keep looking." We found our dream home a week later, bigger, cheaper, and in a better school district. We cannot thank her enough. She was very patient with us, explained every part of the process, and answered texts/calls no matter the time. We felt like Dawnita knew exactly what we wanted more than we did, we would not have looked at the home which is now our home if it had not been for Dawnita. She took our requirements and found our dream home with additional features we had not thought of.
