The first time I was shown a house I requested, she arrived a bit late, and had paint on her clothes. She immediately apologized and that’s when I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. Not snobby like the realtors in the past. We put together an offer on a house, to find out they had a pending offer and the words she said about that was hilariously accurate. This solidified the fact that I won’t work with anyone else. I got the home I wanted, and I am very thankful for her putting up with my schedule and last minute showings. 11/10, ask for Andria.

As a first time home buyer I wasn't very knowledgeable on a lot of things that come with buying a home. Jon helped me tremendously in making sure I knew what I was getting myself into. Jon was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the homes we viewed, he gave his personal input as far as what upgrades the properties needed. He would walk us through the properties and point out certain features (good and bad) to further help me make my final decision. When it came to closing on my home, he always kept in touch with me right after he got news from the sellers. Overall he made the whole process super smooth and easy. I will definitely use him as my next agent and will 100% recommend him to others. 10/10 service!
