We spoke and I explained the difficulty I had experienced in trying to sell my home which I had listed the house on two separate occasions with a realtor from Skogman without an offer or sale. She said give it to me and let me try, which I did. She removed the FSBO sign from the lawn and went to work for me. Her approach was positive and she did quite a bit of advertising, which I believe was what got it sold. She took over in October and by March it was sold. I am very appreciative of her hard work and expertise which resulted in the desired outcome that was achieved. She is one of the best and has my recommendation.
