Real estate teams in Anamosa

They made the whole process go so smoothly! Highly recommend!!

Bailee was absolutely outstanding to work with! She was never pushy and always made me feel like my best interests came first. She was personable, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I always felt comfortable asking questions and knew I could count on her to be honest and advocate for me. It turned out we were working with a lender ( Rocket Mortgage ) who was not responsive, procrastinated, lacked basic knowledge of lending and all around terrible. Bailee remained calm, persistent and on top of everything throughout the process. I’m so grateful for her help and would highly recommend Bailee to anyone looking for a realtor!

Cassie was a great agent to work with on a home in Anamosa and really looks out for her clients. She communicates well and timely and helps her clients out. I look forward to working with Cassie again in the future.

Working with better 2 sell was good. We was able to sell the house.

Chassy contacted me shortly after I had put my house up for for sale going thru FSBO. We spoke and I explained the difficulty I had experienced in trying to sell my home which I had listed the house on two separate occasions with a realtor from Skogman without an offer or sale. She said give it to me and let me try, which I did. She removed the FSBO sign from the lawn and went to work for me. Her approach was positive and she did quite a bit of advertising, which I believe was what got it sold. She took over in October and by March it was sold. I am very appreciative of her hard work and expertise which resulted in the desired outcome that was achieved. She is one of the best and has my recommendation.

Chassy was very professional and always very responsive during the very quick purchase of our home. She made things very easy and always more than willing to help with anything possible.
