As a first time home buyer I wasn't very knowledgeable on a lot of things that come with buying a home. Jon helped me tremendously in making sure I knew what I was getting myself into. Jon was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the homes we viewed, he gave his personal input as far as what upgrades the properties needed. He would walk us through the properties and point out certain features (good and bad) to further help me make my final decision. When it came to closing on my home, he always kept in touch with me right after he got news from the sellers. Overall he made the whole process super smooth and easy.
