Working with Taylor as our buyer's agent was such a great experience. We found Taylor while living out of state, about to move to Iowa. We were new to the Corridor area, and he listened to our particular needs for our next home. He offered great suggestions and was honest about the reputation of builders and neighborhoods to factor into consideration. Since we were looking at homes remotely, he was flexible to work with near by family to see homes on our behalf that we were considering. It was Taylor who ultimately found our new home, remembering how much we liked one neighborhood's features, but the first house we saw wasn't a great fit for us. As soon as one came in the market that did, he immediately pounced on it to inform us, and we were the first viewing. We know our deal was successful due to Taylor being mindful of what we're looking for and to offer strategies to help present a compelling offer.
