Taylor Blazek did an awesome job throughout the entire process. From helping me find the right property, to making time to show me different options, to working through the details once we found the one I wanted, Taylor was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. What I appreciated most was how hard Taylor worked on my behalf. I never felt like I was just another transaction. He was engaged throughout the process, communicated well, and helped make everything as smooth as possible from the search all the way through closing. Taylor is the best. He was very flexible and easy to work with. We had the highest confidence he was looking out for our best interest. We relied heavily on him because we were out of the country during the thick of the purchasing process. We would not have been able to do it without him.

Taylor exceeded my expectations in every way: 1. His communication skills are excellent...he always responded to my texts or calls promptly, thoughtfully, and completely. 2. He knows the Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty neighborhoods well. This enables him to set a realistic price point for houses he sells and offer relevant information and advice for houses he shows. 4.
