We bought our first home with Kim and as we had tried a couple other realtors nobody answered our questions and made us feel reassured like Kim did. She helped answer A LOT of questions we had because as first timers we definitely had a lot. She was referred to us by several people and we are just so happy it worked out with her, she helped us so much along the way of what we were looking for and so friendly with our dog Niko as well. Thank you Kim for making it such a less stressful process and helping us so thoroughly. She is very prompt, professional and so kind. If your considering buying or selling a home, 10/10 would recommend going with Kim! She doesn't make you feel like you're being pressured into anything and made sure we loved the area as well as were financially able to do it. She checks all the bases to being someone who knows what they're doing and also caring about her job and the house you buy being a good fit. She is very honest and open with her answers. Kim is just GREAT! :)
