Better Way Realty helped us purchase a home that was beyond our dreams! We contacted them with a very last-minute move to Iowa from Montana and were met with so much immediate help and support. We lined up a quick trip back to Iowa to look at homes and they were able to get us into 7 homes in one day! While on those tours, they pointed out helpful things a buyer might miss like electrical items, piping, mysterious stains, and even natural light. They really are a dream team and compliment each other's area of expertise to provide the complete buyers support package. We've had some issues in the past with requesting needed repairs on previous home purchases. Chassy and Ron really guided us through what was in our power to ask for and we ended up with all of the top priority fixes we flagged! We couldn't have asked for a more competent, quick, and organized team to help us find and make this huge purchase! Thank you Better Way Realty!

Chassy was incredibly responsive and willing to educate on every little thing. She made the first time buying a home feel so much less scary and daunting. Chassy and Ron also pointed out details in a home that they knew I might look over and let me decide how to feel about them!

We were recommended Chassy and Ron through another person that had used them as their realtors and had come highly recommended! We had a great experience with both of them. They were kind, compassionate human beings and we’re not there just to make money. They took the time to understand what we wanted and what we were going through. They walked us through every step of the entire process and explained to us everything. We did not hesitate to ask them questions and they always had an answer. We felt very comfortable with them and the choices they were helping us with when looking for our home. We couldn’t have asked for better people to help us. They both were very knowledgeable about the process and how each part of it worked! Thank you so much Ron and Chassy!!!!!
