This is the second time I have had Jeff as my realtor - this experience was just as amazing as the first. I had a lot of personal stuff going on during this round of moving but Jeff was able to make the buying/selling process smooth and stress-free. Always grateful to work with Jeff & his team.

Karen was wonderful answering questions always taking my phone calls & texts. Her communication skills are outstanding & a respected, local inspector told me she is smart & knows more about safety features & updates on homes than he does. Karen is fun to work with, always timely & knows the market. We were not working with the easiest buyers or agent but Karen guided us thru. I have told so many people how nice it was working with Karen & can't imagine working with anyone else!!!!

Chris is quick with responding, even at inconvenient times. When I had a question, or didn't understand something, hetook the time to explain and guided me through my first real estate sale. He knows the Iowa City area, and the history of it, better than anyone. Chris is very helpful in the negotiating process as well, offering suggestions on how to improve your sale or offer.
