Karen graciously worked with me, over two years helping get my 42 year old home ready!
Karen was wonderful answering questions always taking my phone calls & texts. Her communication skills are outstanding & a respected, local inspector told me she is smart & knows more about safety features & updates on homes than he does. Karen is fun to work with, always timely & knows the market. We were not working with the easiest buyers or agent but Karen guided us thru. I have told so many people how nice it was working with Karen & can't imagine working with anyone else!!!!
