I choose to have them as my realtor because they we so prepared from the minute they walked into my home. They explained everything so I could understand and showed me on a spreadsheet what I would get from different offers. They always let me know what was going to happen next and told me they had my back and they surely did. They put my house on the market friday and it was sold by sunday which totally blew my mind.

After they showed us our future house, we were on our way back to our apartment and they called us to let us know that someone else put an offer on the house. We had expressed good interest in the home so they let us know we should make an offer ASAP. They gave us all the information we needed to know and helped us out every step of the way.
