We visited with multiple realtors before deciding on using Matt to sell our house. He knew our small town as well as being very knowledgeable about competitive markets all around Des Moines. Matt was very honest with us regarding the higher price point that we needed to break even and made sure we didn't have rose-colored glasses on.
