Very Good Experience from a Distance

I used Bryan as my realtor from a distance as I was selling a house in Iowa but vacationing in Florida during the selling process. We kept in communication by phone and email. Selling a house can be a very complicated negotiation, but it all went smooth, and I am grateful to Bryan and his staff for their efforts to manage and complete a the required negotiation, and paperwork to make the sale. It was a great experience.
