I would recommend Bryan to anyone who wants to sell a property. Bryan did an excellent job getting our house sold. We sold our house AFTER the “Housing Boom”. Interest rates were going up and the number of prospective buyers was going down. Never the less Bryan found us a buyer in less than 48hrs after putting the house on the market. He was also able to get us an offer that was over our listing price. We had a signed an agreement to sell the house at 9:30pm on a Sunday night. I was very impressed with his tenacity and willingness to work late hours to get the job done. To our dismay 1 week before we were to close the buyer lost his financing due to some odd circumstances. So we had to put the house back on the market. After, the interest rates had gone up again. But, it took Bryan less than a week to find a new buyer. (Again, for over the asking price) Thankfully, this time we were able to complete the sale. Bryan’s ability to find a buyer so quickly is amazing. I would be remiss if I did not mention Mayra his office manager. She was fantastic and more than a pleasure to work with. She is a great guide for finishing the process and getting everything done that needs to get done to finish the sale.
