My experience with Jake, was nothing less than amazing. With my unique situation, I was turned down by two other lenders. Jake never gave up and came across another lender who turned out to help me and extended me my home loan. I’m so please, Jake never gave up on me and continued to look for a lender out there. Jake was patient. Jake never gave up. Jake and I even talked over into many evenings trying to get everything resolved. Kudos to Jake!!!! I highly recommend this realtor.

Kim went over and beyond to help us anyway she could to sell a few rental properties. She and her daughter even spent a day helping us clean up the property to get it ready in time for a fast turnover. She was very knowledgeable about what the property was worth and made sure she showed it and got it sold a lot faster then we would have thought possible. We really enjoyed working with Kim and will in the future.
